The Net and Paddle Experience

Arrive Seperator Color V1

Arrive Consulting has partnered with Dream Doula Consulting to put together the Net and Paddle Experience, an embodied and participatory learning experience about truth, reconciliation, and reconcili-action.

This one-day offering creates a safe, healing container to explore colonialism and resilience through the stories of two First Nations Elders, Alex and Nella Nelson. Through this workshop participants will learn about colonialism as a system and about the systems transformation that’s needed to achieve reconciliation and decolonization. The workshop deals with difficult truths, and at the end, will leave participants hopeful, empowered, and inspired to take actionable next steps, creating positive change in themselves and their communities.

This workshop can be enhanced with a one-day planning session or a series of strategic coaching and advising sessions to catalyze your organization’s action on commitments to reconciliation, Indigenous relations, and decolonization.

We invite you to join us for this transformative and generative learning journey.
