Rachel Mason,
Principal Consultant

Rachel Mason enables dialogue, learning, planning and transformative change across a range of sectors and organizations. Her personal gift is to lovingly guide individuals and organizations on a journey of discovery that reveals a clear path forward. Her superpower is to find patterns and make sense of what can feel like overwhelm or chaos when you’re in it – she sees the next steps forward and helps her clients to forge a clear path towards their goals.

Rachel has over 20 years of experience working with public and private sector organizations, educational institutions, and Indigenous-led agencies. As the owner and principal of Arrive Consulting, Rachel offers services that:

  • Enable organizations to grow and increase their impact through strategic planning and implementation, and executive leadership coaching 
  • Elevate the impact of teams through facilitation, systemic team coaching and clear organizational processes 
  • Support individuals and organizations to build healthy and productive relationships with Indigenous partners through reconciliation learning, planning and allyship coaching

Rachel has a diverse skill set that uniquely positions her to provide multi-faceted support. She is a strategic planner, facilitator, team coach, learning program designer and Indigenous cultural competency educator. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Rachel is passionate about working with leaders and influencers to create opportunities for transformative learning and change on personal, organizational, and societal levels.

Rachel will work with you or your organization to identify and articulate a clear vision of your future: where you want to arrive and when. She will support you on planning for the journey and will accompany you along the way, welcoming new opportunities and adjusting to new challenges as they occur. She invites the wisdom of individuals and groups she is working with to promote collaboration and learning, proceeding in a way that feels right and good.
