The Net and Paddle Experience is:
- A one-day embodied and participatory learning experience about truth, reconciliation, and reconcili-action
- A safe, healing container to explore colonialism and resilience through the stories of two First Nations Elders, Alex and Nella Nelson
- An opportunity to learn about colonialism as a system and about the systems transformation that’s needed to achieve reconciliation and decolonization
- A planning exercise that prepares learners to take actionable next steps, creating positive change in their organizations and their communities
- A learning experience that can be enhanced with a one-day planning session or a series of strategic coaching and advising sessions
