Strategic Planning

Advising
Arrive principal consultant Rachel Mason brings over 20 years of experience working in cross-cultural situations, primarily with Indigenous people and organizations, and life experience with allyship and anti-oppressive approaches. She also brings her deep experience as an educator, facilitator, and learning guide in inquiry-based and learner-led approaches. Over the years, she has learned what works and what doesn’t. She offers insight, new ways of thinking, and strategic advice to help you identify your next steps.

In individual coaching, Rachel will be your guide on a journey of to explore your goals and enhance your leadership performance. With team coaching, Rachel will work with teams within your organizations to support their efficacy and bring their impact to the next level. This could include leadership teams, departmental teams, or project teams.
Team coaching will help your team find alignment so you are all moving in the same direction towards strategic goals. Through team coaching, each person’s voice will be heard, which will create ownership and accountability over team goals. Coaching will address team dynamics and strengthen the ability of the team to integrate their work in support of a collective vision, helping your organization to achieve greater momentum in meeting key goals.
