Strategic Planning
We work closely with Indigenous Nations and organizations committed to Indigenous-led programming. We support clients to develop strategic plans, operational plans, monitoring and evaluation approaches, and reporting. We help clients to articulate and realize their dreams and goals.
Communications
We support clients to share about their work through reports, newsletters, websites, and other forms of communication. Our strong team of Indigenous writers can support your organization to share your stories with the world.
Research and Evaluation
We conduct research and evaluation on pressing questions relevant to Indigenous communities. This research helps inform decision-making, policies, and programming. Our research involves a variety of methods, including literature review, in-person interviews, sharing circles, and Elder guidance.
