Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is a dynamic and iterative process, not a one-time event. We work with your team to create a strategic plan that brings in the wisdom of the group. We can then stay by your side to begin implementation of the plan through the creation of operational plans, monitoring and evaluation systems, and organizational support for adopting a planning mindset and approach. This process is flexible and tailored and is ideal for organizations undergoing growth or change.
Coaching
Coaching enhances the performance of individuals and teams and helps them meet personal and professional goals. A coach supports clients enact meaningful change by creating a protected and safe space for a journey of discovery. Through a non-judgemental, positive, and collaborative process, we enable you to reflect on your own practice, challenge your patterns and assumptions, adopt a more holistic perspective, grow in your role as a leader, and take action to create sustained change. Together, we enact a plan to arrive at the future you desire.
Advising
Arrive principal consultant Rachel Mason brings over 20 years of experience working in cross-cultural situations, primarily with Indigenous people and organizations, and life experience with allyship and anti-oppressive approaches. She also brings her deep experience as an educator, facilitator, and learning guide in inquiry-based and learner-led approaches. Over the years, she has learned what works and what doesn’t. She offers insight, new ways of thinking, and strategic advice to help you identify your next steps.
