Reconciliation and Cultural Safety Services
Pathway to Reconciliation
We believe learning needs to be combined with action to create meaningful change. We support organizations to develop and implement reconcili-action plans and processes. We work with you to identify priorities for change regarding relationships with Indigenous communities and the cultural safety of your services, and we support you as you create and implement initiatives to address these priorities.

“Arrive Consulting designed the Community Learning Program, which provides Indigenous-led reconciliation training to community members, as well as the Indigenous Safety in Healthcare Program, which provides cultural safety training to healthcare workers. Arrive went above and beyond to meet the unique needs of our community. They were a pleasure to work with and their high level of knowledge about curriculum development and Indigenous cultural safety resulted in a powerful cultural resource.”
Tanya Clarmont, Director of Management Services, Victoria Native Friendship Center
“Rachel and her talented team gathered input from community members in a way that honoured their voices and experiences, kept us on track throughout a complex project, and helped us channel our needs and unique cultural worldview into print. I would highly recommend them!”
Tanya Davoren, Senior Director of Health, Métis Nation BC
“Arrive Consulting’s willingness to collaborate with Elders, artists, graphic designers, educators, and communities is inspiring. Their respect for cultural values and beliefs is sincere.”
Colleen Hodgson, Senior Director of Education, Métis Nation BC
“Our Indigenous Journey Project involved creating a five-year reconciliation action plan and providing training to all our staff. The process was very inclusive, and the team really set the tone for learning together collaboratively. As a result, our staff are better prepared to educate newcomers about colonization and contribute within our organization to advance reconciliation and relationships with indigenous peoples. We are grateful for the support, encouragement, and expertise we received throughout this Journey.”
Jean McRae, CEO, Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria
